Counselling Therapy for Adults & Young People

Sometimes life can feel heavy.

You might be feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or simply not yourself. You may be carrying things from the past, struggling in relationships, or finding it hard to cope with the pressures of everyday life.

Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to face it alone.

I offer counselling in Rainham, Kent, and online throughout the UK. Providing a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of what’s going on for you.

How Counselling Can Help

Counselling gives you time and space to slow down and be heard.

Together, we gently explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at a pace that feels right for you. There is no pressure and no judgement — just a supportive space to reflect, process and understand yourself more deeply.

Through our work, you may begin to:

  • Understand patterns that feel hard to shift

  • Feel less overwhelmed by your emotions

  • Build healthier coping strategies

  • Strengthen your self-confidence

  • Develop greater clarity and self-awareness

My approach is integrative, which means I draw from different therapeutic models to support you as an individual. I believe therapy is not "one size fits all" this means our work is shaped around you and what you need.
