A Unique Experience

Working with Kent Equine Facilitated Learning CIC based in Horton Kirby, near Dartford, Kent, these Equine Assisted Therapy sessions offer time and space with Caroline whilst observing the gentle energy of the herd to explore your thoughts and feelings in a grounding, calming space.

For Adults, Children and Young People

These sessions are suitable for adults, children and young people. These sessions can also be combined with other regular therapy sessions with Caroline.

​

Time is spent with an Equine Facilitator and the herd, followed by time with Caroline to explore your inner world, thoughts and feelings that have arisen during the time with the horses.  

​

Kent Equine Facilitated Learning are a community interest company (CIC) who provide regular Equine Learning sessions to primarily to children and young people. This practice has the potential to assist with Anxiety, Confidence Building, Autism, Depression, ADHD, Attachment Disorders, Relationship Disorders and much more.

Please note that we also run outdoor walk and talk sessions where you spend the entire time with Caroline across the fence to the animals, at no time are you in the field with the horses or alpacas. If you wish to work in this manner please contact Kent Equine Facilitated Learning and schedule an outdoor therapy session.

A number of low cost/free counselling sessions are available for young people. Please do also contact Kent Equine Facilitated Learning for more information.
